The Indiana Optometric Association (IOA) provides restricted and unrestricted information on this website (www.ioa.org). Unrestricted information is available to any person who enters this site without a username and password. Restricted information is reserved for members of the IOA and can only be accessed by using an established username and password. The IOA does not share or sell any personal information obtained from using this site, including applying for a membership online, registering for IOA seminars, signing up for the IOA newsletter, or any other online registration hosted by the IOA. Any personal information a user provides is for internal purposes only. 


Credit card information used to pay seminar fees and membership dues is shared via encrypted means with the appropiate financial vendor(s)/bank(s) in the same manner as standard on-line transactions involving other legitimate businesses such as national airlines, book companies, clothiers etc.

  • Service Providers: We share encrypted financial data with appropriate financial vendors/banks to process payments, in the same manner as standard online transactions.

No Sharing of Mobile Information (TCR Compliance)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
