Annual Corporate Sponsorships

Annual sponsors receive maximum exposure to our members throughout the year. Choose from four levels of sponsorship, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, and benefit from a variety of marketing, advertising and speaking opportunities with our membership. Your name appears front and center at events and in marketing publications. To be included as a 2027 Corporate Sponsor, request to receive information in late summer. Sponsorships must be reserved and paid by January 16, 2027.

Convention Sponsorships

Indiana OPTOMETRY hosts an annual spring convention with top notch continuing education, social gatherings, trade show and premium exhibit areas. Convention sponsorship enhances your visibility and allows you to reach interested professionals in Optometry. Your name will be recognized on signage, event publications and in formal announcements at the event. Indiana Optometry's Meeting will be held on April 16-18, 2027, at the French Lick Springs Resort and Casino in French Lick, IN. Exhibitor registration will open in the fall.

Seminar Sponsorships

Indiana OPTOMETRY hosts the Winter Seminar in February, Summer Seminar in July, and the popular two day Fall Seminar in October. There is limited exhibit table space at these events with high OD traffic, as well as speaking opportunities available at the luncheons and receptions.

Advertising

Advertisers in Indiana OPTOMETRY publications, including quarterly newsletters, continuing education handbooks, and E-news, gain direct exposure to existing and potential clients.
